Auditorium Fit-out
GEM School, Magadi Way, Karen
We successfully completed the installation of speakers, amplifiers, and lighting for the school's auditorium. Our team efficiently carried out all the necessary installations, ensuring that the equipment was properly set up and connected. We conducted thorough testing to ensure optimal performance and made necessary adjustments to achieve the desired sound and lighting effects. Once everything was in place, we proceeded with the commissioning process, ensuring that all components were working seamlessly together. Additionally, we provided subsequent servicing to ensure the continued functionality and maintenance of the installed equipment. Smart Multi-room Audio

In 2014, we successfully installed what was probably one of the first smart home systems in Kenya. This installation featured a hybrid wireless and wired multi-room sound system, which provided seamless audio coverage throughout every room, corridor, gazebo, as well as the front and back gardens. It was an innovative solution that revolutionized the way our client experienced sound within their home. Now, nearly ten years later, we are proud to say that this system still operates flawlessly, maintaining its optimal capacity. Its longevity and reliability are a testament to the quality and durability of the products and craftsmanship involved in its initial installation. Full Lecture Hall Set-up

We consulted on the entire construction and facilitated the installation process of the lecture hall in the school. This included all aspects of interior finishing, such as wet works, painting, and joinery. Additionally, we assisted in sourcing and installing soundproofing solutions for the walls and doors, as well as the supply of the wall-to-wall carpeting and customized auditorium seating which we installed. Among the many unique features we provided was a special wall paint that served as a screen for a wide 7-meter projected display, coupled with a top-notch 7.2.2 cinema quality sound system which includes an AV receiver and amplifiers coupled with a mixer to accommodate microphones and instruments. Furthermore, we have continued to offer support and maintenance services for day-to-day usage of the lecture hall.
Wireless Entertainment
Private Residence, Garden Estate
This was truly a full wireless sonos home audio system with the exeption of the wired submerged garden speakers and subwoofers in the back yard, front yard, and pool area for a more immersive outdoor audio experience. These outdoor speakers and subwoofers are still controlled by the Sonos amplifier, which means the client can easily manage the entire home sound system using their smartphones through the Sonos app. In addition to the multi-room Sonos system that covers every room in the house, including the kitchen, dining area, lounge, bedrooms, washrooms, and even the gazebo, we also installed a full Sonos surround sound system for the TV room. This included the Sonos Sub, Beam, and One, ensuring an exceptional audio experience for the family while watching movies or enjoying their favorite shows.
Guard House Extension

What do you do when you built your beautiful home some dacades ago and although the guard house has served you well, you would like to add a washroom? You want to upgrade but would like to maintain the original clay brick exterior finish and lovely moulding that just isn't the norm these days. You call EMR Kenya Ltd. We successfully expanded the guard house by incorporating a contemporary washroom and enhancing the entire facility with new modern tiles, energy saving LED light fixtures along with upgraded electrical wiring, and upgraded plumbing. Additionally, we implemented improved waterproofing measures for the flat roof and applied a fresh coat of paint, ensuring that the building retains its original aesthetic and appearance yet adding much needed convenience to the client and the security team.
Smart Home Cinema

In addition to upgrading the multi-room audio system of the home, we installed a cutting-edge 7.2.2 Atmos home cinema system. This system boasts of a state-of-the-art sound system that delivers exceptional audio quality from the front, behind, the sides and even from above. To enhance the visual experience, we integrated a 4K HDR projector system and an ambient light rejection screen, ensuring stunningly clear and vibrant images. The entire system is meticulously wired, utilizing an optical HDMI connection for optimal performance. To provide effortless control, we included a smart remote control that seamlessly integrates voice control via Alexa. With this advanced technology, the homeowners can easily manage their audio and visual needs, creating a truly immersive and convenient home entertainment experience.
